Real Estate & Rentals

As my photography background covers across diverse genres, from documentary to editorial, my approach and style lend towards organic in their feel, blended with the creative storytelling adapted to fit each house and what it offers.

Real Estate & Rental Sessions can be anywhere from one hour to a few hours depending on the depth due to the square footage that needs to be captured. This is something customizable and can be discussed in advance at your time of booking.

I offer a selection of wide angle to detailed shots inside and out of the house.
As well as aerial imagery and images of the town and surrounding areas for your potential renters/buyers to see the local accommodations, like grocery, beaches, etc. and activities as an a la cart option.

A standard 1 hour session will receive around 60-100 images of your property.

Real Estate & Rental sessions start at $250 per hour
This covers:
* Time during your session
* Online gallery with high resolution digital files
* Printing rights with option to purchase professional prints through the gallery
* Complementary design services with purchase of products

All Real Estate & Rental sessions will also receive a one-time FREE advertising on my business page.

You will receive your digital images in a private password protected gallery within one month of your session. From there you will have access to download your digital images for advertisement purposes in high resolution for prints or web ready.

A la cart
Aerial images are 3 images for $50
Around town extras are based off the size of the town, time it will take to photograph and can be discussed prior to your session for a personal quote.
Additional time is $75 per hour
Graphics and custom text can be added to your imagery, personal quote based off depth of addition.

I accept payment via Venmo or Paypal (friends & family only. All fees incurred for improper payment will be clients responsibility.)

Locations 25+ miles outside of East Jordan area will have an additional travel fee of .62.5/mile.
