~Capturing the Ceremony Details

~Getting ready. I would spend an hour with each the bride and groom getting dressed, make up, veil, pre wedding moments with family and friends, laughs and tears. Any wedding gifts you might send to the other prior, or gift passed down from the family. Candids, putting grooms suit on, brides dress on, this is when we would take bridal portraits, approximately 2 hours

~First look. Not every couple prefers the first look before the ceremony, but this is something to consider, approximately 30 minutes.

~Family portraits. The bride with her immediate family and groom with his immediate family. The moments of anticipation before the ceremony are different before the ceremony and the expressions beforehand show different sentiments between the bride and family and the groom and family, approximately 30 minutes.

~Couples portraits. This, just like the Family portraits, moments of anticipation and excitement express different sentiments prior to the ceremony. This would follow the First Look, approximately 30 minutes to 1 hr.

~Consider if you need a short break between all this or allow for any buffer time

~Ceremony, approximately 30 minutes

~Signing Marriage License, approximately 5 minutes

~Wedding party/Family Portraits, approximately 30 minutes to 1 hr

~Couples Portraits, approximately 1 hr

~Reception Time. Up to 4 hrs (includes the following)

~Pre-Entrance of Bride & Groom outside or getting out of vehicle

~Capturing all the important details of the receptions, tables, plating, arrangements before your guests arrive (if possible)

~Entrance and Announcement of husband and wife

~First Dance

~Father & Bride Dance

~Mother & Groom Dance

~Captures of your guests with bride & groom

~Cake Cutting

~Maid of Honor speech

~Best Man speech

~Toasts

~Greetings from wedding guests

~Special traditions, such as tossing of the bouquet and garter

~Dancing the night away

~Bride & Groom Exit

Additional Sessions or al a cart

~Engagement Session, 1hr $325 (20 images)

~Extended Engagement Session 2hrs $450 (50 images)

~Bridal Session (Complementary during the Getting Dressed hours)

~Rehearsal Dinner $300

~Day After Session, 1hr $325

~Second Shooter $700

~Additional hours (available after 8 hour session) $100 per hour

Mileage @.62.5/mile starts after 25 miles from my residence.

I accept payment via Venmo or Paypal (friends & family only. All fees incurred for improper payment will be clients responsibility.)

Something to consider is having an ‘unplugged ceremony’ and having your officiant announce that. Verbiage might look like this, “This is an UNPLUGGED WEDDING. We want you to be able to truly enjoy our wedding day, feeling present and in-the-moment with us. We have hired an amazing photographer, Nicole of Nicole LaPointe Photography, who will be capturing the way the wedding looks- and we're inviting you to sit back, relax, and just enjoy! We are respectfully asking that everyone leave all cameras and smart phones off. Of course, we will be happy to share our wedding photos with you afterwards!”
